Sheet material sizes & board thicknesses

Plywood, MDF, OSB, plasterboard, fibre cement, HPL and melamine board formats and thicknesses, with sheet weight guidance.

Reference formats include 2440 × 1220 mm and locally reported 3000 × 1500 mm boards. Format availability depends on the material, thickness, décor and supplier; a listed size does not confirm stock in Cyprus, Greece or the UK.

Plywood — Cross-laminated veneers

Dimensions are reference examples, not an exhaustive standard or a live stock list. Confirm the exact product with the supplier. No structural capacity or system performance is calculated.

Sheet weight: area (m²) × thickness (mm) ÷ 1000 × density (kg/m³). The interactive handbook provides estimates and allows a supplier density override. Coatings, moisture and product composition can change actual weight.
